Our Team
The Kremer Group was formed in 1996 by David Kremer and Robert Kremer. Dave retired in 2019, and Rob and his team continue to help people make informed decisions about their money and provide customized guidance, quality products, and personal service to a select group of families.
About Me
Rob is responsible for leading the team and adding value to client relationships by designing, implementing, and periodically reviewing investment plans with our clients.
A native of Louisville, Rob is an alumnus of St. Xavier High School and the University of Dayton, where he earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Management. He began his financial services career in 1991 and joined Stifel in 1996. Rob has also recently been named on the Forbes 2022 Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list.*
Rob and his wife, Missy, have two sons, Colin and Campbell. In Rob’s free time, he enjoys golf and volunteering for the First Tee of Louisville and serving on the board of the St. Xavier Alumni Association.

About Me
As a Financial Advisor Associate, Stephanie is responsible for working with Rob in communicating with clients, creating and implementing investment plans, and providing client education. She also spearheads events and marketing for the team.
Stephanie began her career in the investment industry in 2010 with UBS Financial Securities and joined Stifel in 2014. She attended the University of Louisville and Jefferson Community and Technical College. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys volunteering to help with her son Riley’s activities, spending time with her family, golfing, kayaking, and hiking.

About Me
As a Client Service Associate for The Kremer Group, Heidi is responsible for coordinating service issues and completing ongoing account-related projects, such as required minimum distributions, charitable giving, and meeting preparation. Prior to joining Stifel in 2016, Heidi worked for Lowe’s and managed a dental office. She also worked as a Project Engineer at a nuclear fuel manufacturing facility.
Heidi has lived in a number of different states and earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University. She has two daughters, Elisa (University of South Carolina graduate) and Maggie (studying at University of Louisville). In her spare time, Heidi enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking, kayaking, and traveling.
About Me
As a Client Service Associate for The Kremer Group, Laura is responsible for administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, issuing checks, and completing documentation.
Born and raised in Louisville, Laura earned a B.S. from the University of Louisville. Previously, she has worked as a kickboxing instructor, personal trainer, and administrative assistant. In her spare time, she enjoys frequenting the Parklands for hiking and kayaking and loves reading, painting, and traveling.
